January Special Mid Week Half day PM (Afternoon) Hunter Valley Wine Tour - Pickup from Hunter Valley (purchase your own lunch)

Tour Highlights:

Take in a brief snapshot of some of the Hunter Valley's most famous and delicious offerings with a lunch stop (with the choice of sampling local craft beers), a wine presentation at one of the Hunter's most highly awarded wineries, a visit to the Smelly Cheese shop and Hunter Chocolate Shop and a visit to the Hunter Distillery to try flavoured vodkas and schnapps to finish.

It's a little of everything in one exciting afternoon!

With delicious food and wine, spectacular surroundings and a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, you will have all the ingredients necessary create a fabulous and unforgettable trip!

•Begin your tour with a quick bite to eat at Matilda Bay Brewhouse where you can purchase your own lunch from their brewhouse menu including gourmet burgers, gourmet pizzas, pastas and salads (most meals are priced between $15-25).

•Choose to try a craft beer tasting paddle with 6 samples and a free midi of your favourite (own expense) or visit the Hermitage Road cellars (on the same site) to try wines from a variety of boutique Hunter Valley producers 

•Enjoy a presentation with our own dedicated cellar door specialist at one of the Hunter's most highly awarded wineries - sample sparkling wines, whites, reds and dessert varieties

•Visit the Smelly Cheese Shop where you can indulge in creamy brie’s, fettas and spiced labnas.

• Stop at the Hunter Chocolate Shop 

• Visit the Hunter Distillery to try flavoured vodkas, gins and schnapps

•Small and intimate group tours with a maximum of 20 passengers per trip.

•All tours are personally taken by Suzanne (owner/operator) – a friendly and knowledgeable local who is committed to ensuring you have the best Hunter valley tour

•Relax with the style, comfort and sophistication of a luxury tour bus (DVD player, sound system, ducted air conditioning, apple/android charging ports at the front of the bus and onboard fridge)

Tour Details:

Available:  Mon - Fri on selected days when tours are running (except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day)

Departure Locations: Departs from accommodation venues in Pokolbin, Lovedale, Rothbury, Cessnock and Nulkaba only between 11.15am and 11.45pm for afternoon Half day tours 

Begin the return journey: Approx. 4.45pm-5pm for afternoon Half day tours 

Duration: Half Day Tour (approx. 5 hours)

Special Notes: Vegetarian and/or Gluten free options may be available for the lunch however they are not guaranteed. The lunch venue varies from day to day and so do the meals. Your guide will inform you of the venue and meals on the day of your tour.
